2. Job content: Mainly construction & real estate business nature of the paperwork and contact docking customers more, do data entry, will be responsible for part of the sales work, if you do a good job the boss will raise the salary, you need to look good

3. Special requirements: can use the computer to write letters and send emails, stable workmanship, proficient in the use of computers and office software, simple chinese and English communicate basically, (sales experience has a plus)

five-and-a-half days, two days off every other week

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Assists Service Leaders in organising table seating
• Serve water and refill glasses as and when needed
• Setup, breakdown the restaurant.
• Setup, clear and help maintain tables
• Complete opening and closing sidework.
• Possess extensive and correct knowledge of menu and non-menu items, their ingredients.
• Maintain side stations stocked and clean
• Assist in cleaning up spills and table cleanliness
• Ensured the timely delivery of food / beverage orders
• Handle basic customers’ queries

• Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations
• Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations
• Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet’s goals

• To be an effective member working with multidisciplinary team in the nursing home to provide good quality care.
• Responsible for providing quality clinical assessment and treatment.
• Acts as effective member of the rehabilitation team.
• Supports and contributes to the development of the department.

Job Requirements

• Relevant Degree in Health Science (Occupational Therapy/ Physiotherapy).
• Had experiences working in other Intermediate long term care sectors or relevant working experiences working with the elderly or disabled
• Must enjoy working with elderly clients or residents and/or people with disabilities in center based or residential care setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required and the ability to converse in major dialects is an advantage.

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the deployment, installation, testing and maintenance and technical support of healthcare technology solutions at hospitals, nursing homes and residential apartments.

- Work with stakeholders to prepare documentation and approvals for deployment works

- Perform routine maintenance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues related to systems

- Physical installation, repair of technology solutions

- Maintain records for projects

- Provide technical support to users. There will be occasional need to respond to system issues beyond working hours on a 24/7 basis.

Some familiarity in installation and system maintenance works, programming and electronic devices will be beneficial. In-house training will be provided.
