Senior HR Executive
Work together with HR assistant to manage and oversee all foreign worker matters such as:
Staff welfare and benefits.
Construction-related training courses.
Work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
Handle Director's meeting schedule.
Assist Director in coordinating and monitoring projects.
Track timelines and manage schedules efficiently.
Manage Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Quotations.
Manage Man-years given by the main contractor.
Advise Director on HR-related matters
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of MOM employment laws.
Prior experience in the Construction industry is preferred.
