Responsibilities

• Coordinate the nursing care of the service users by assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating nursing care to meet the needs of the service users;
• Pack and administer medication, perform basic screening and nursing procedures such as wound dressing and administration of injection;
• Communicate and discuss service users’ progress and response to treatment with doctors, nursing and allied health colleagues;
• Document and record care and treatment provided to service users and service users’ progress;
• Provide health education to service users;
• Provide nursing inputs and participate in case conferences/discussions;
• Assist in carrying out evacuation procedure and implementing safe management measures in the centre;
• Provide caregiving education and training to caregivers; and
• Provide nursing inputs and participate in clinical/service quality improvement activities and digitalisation efforts

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma / degree / professional degree in Nursing
• Candidate must be a State Registered Nurse with valid certificate by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

Job Description

• Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems
• Supervise the progress of works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Summary:

The Compliance Inspector is responsible for working independently on assigned projects. The Compliance Inspector needs to demonstrate knowledge of certification requirements regulations and compliance monitoring activities to effectively perform duties that support the company compliance programme. The Compliance Inspector performs periodic audits and investigations of halal operations in support of compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare audit and investigation reports of findings and observations that identify, in detail, areas of non-compliance and risk areas for non-compliance
• Document all compliance activities in the prescribed checklists and databases in accordance with company policies and/or workflows
• Conduct timely follow-up with clients and close the audit.
• Provide thorough audit reports and timely and accurate reviews of client corrective actions, and follow-up and ensure that findings are closed
• Monitor and prepare reports on compliance activities and other matters
• Complete compliance audits and monitoring of various Halal operations
• Communicate with clients proactively via phone calls, emails and/or face-to-face meetings to gather information for the purpose of feedback gathering, analysis, review, records and submissions to authorities.
• Maintain schedule of audit activity with clients
• Participate and contribute in project committees
• Any other assignments and tasks given
