• Involved in MRT projects.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.

• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.

Requirements

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.

• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

Other information

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served).
