• Being proactive in building relationships with key people managers across the business, meeting regularly to support with people management related matters and coaching on best practice
• Supporting the business with recruitment, adding roles to our global ATS, advising on suitable recruiting channels, creating job advertisements and conducting interviews alongside hiring managers or the MD
• Overseeing the monthly HR payroll process, working with the internal / external payroll departments to ensure monthly payroll submissions are completed on time and accurately.
• Identifying training needs and making recommendations, either through self-delivery, working with the HQ L&D Manager or utilising outsourced training consultants where needed.
• Playing an active role in promotion of the desired culture, including overseeing the global engagement survey in Singapore, translating the outputs into appropriate action plans and playing an active role in any DEI initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on full spectrum exposure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in employee relations and solid understanding of Singapore employment law.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with HR systems, running management reports, preparing and analysing data.
• Appreciates creative and strategic HR challenges, but also know about the necessary administrative, operational and pragmatic implementations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, hardworking and thrives in an international environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

HR duties in accordance with MOM Regulations:

• Lead and manage a team of HR staff and be responsible for the processing of all work passes for over including the application, renewal, cancellation of Employment, Dependent and S Passes.

• To organize and plan yearly training programs for staff and workers.

• Coordination of internal and external training, including the maintaining of attendance records and scheduling.

• Involved in the full hiring process from the scheduling of Interviews, sitting in with hiring managers, vetting of candidates and salary negotiation.
