• Assess and evaluate client’s conditions to plan and implement individual care plan accordingly. Consult and coordinate with OTs and PTs and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Monitor, assess and review the progress of clients.
• Identify early signs and/or deterioration of clients’ condition through observation and appropriate assessment tools.
• Ensure clients’ records are created, maintained and updated accurately on a timely basis.
• Responsible for the administration and submission of documentation to relevant government bodies
• Teach clients, caregivers and family members proper techniques in self-care.
• Assist and support delivery of health promotion activities in the centre.
• Participate in training and supervision of support care staff.
• Coordinate with programme staff to organize and participate in the centre programmes and activities.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Centre Manager.

Job requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Possess BCLS + AED license
• Prior experience in Nursing Home/Dementia Day Care centre is an advantage

Air Freight Export Coordinator

Working Location: Cargo Agent Building E Changi Airfreight Centre, Singapore 819834

Salary: $3,000 – $4,200

Job Scope:

• Create and confirm transport order to ensure pickup of the shipment at origin.
• Perform booking and booking optimization.
• Perform duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination in a cost-efficient manner for all export shipments.
• Prepare, control and distributes all required export documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee supplier, etc.) and ensure that they are compliance with the internal regulations and procedures.
• Check response from counterparts and finalize validation of required documents.
• Follow up shipment status in export area, identify and ensure resolution of incidents.
• Develop and maintain excellent service to both internal and external customers at all times.
• Performs IT systems related tasks to provide up to date information on shipments.
• Coordinate with vendors on timely pick up / transfer of cargo.
• Send all related documents to Company’s appointed vendors for permit declaration.
• Accrual all costs in system and book in vendors invoices.
• Any others additional tasks and duties required by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in a freight forwarding industry.
• Good knowledge for Air Export business especially on documentation and customs clearance.
