Duties of HR Business Partner:

• Align HR strategies with business goals by advising leaders on organizational capabilities, structures, and processes.
• Support talent forecasting, planning, and pipeline development to meet strategic needs.
• Implement employee training and development initiatives to ensure performance standards are met.
• Promote feedback mechanisms to improve HR services and processes.
• Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to employees and managers.

• Act as a liaison between HR and business units to align services with business needs.
