Key Responsibilities
- Advocate effective technology risk management, ensuring risks are understood and managed within the approved risk appetite by the responsible technology functions.
- Assist the ED to keep updated the depository of technology and cyber risk related framework, policies, standards and SOP.
- Provide support for internal and external auditors. This includes managing RFIs, check and collate relevant evidence, submission of evidence in accordance with agreed schedules and coordinating responses to audit observations.
- Complete due diligence questionnaires received from clients.
Purpose of the Role
- Serve as the primary contact to coordinate communications between auditor (internal and external) and Singlife Tech personnel to ensure clear dissemination of audit requirements and timely provision of accurate evidence to the auditors.
- Provide technology risk advisory support to Business Units.
- Identify gaps in technology and cyber risk related controls and propose remediation actions to address them.

Requirements:
Experience
- Overall 2+ years of experiences in areas of technology governance, risk management, operational risk and control management.
- Good understanding of a broad range of technology domains, including Cloud computing.
- Industry experience from Financial Services, FinTech, InsurTech, Digital Payment, eCommerce would be preferred.
- Ability to multi-task assignments, prioritized workload with limited supervision and be resilience under pressure whilst delivering to deadlines.
Education
- Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Technology (Mandatory)
- Professional Certification(s): CISSP or CRISC, CISA or other recognised organization (Preferred)
