• Perform daily check of logistics area to ensure cleanliness of area and equipment are maintained. Communicate with the general cleaners to perform additional cleaning if necessary.
• Ensure the personal hygiene of logistics assistants/coordinators.
• Enforce on safe and healthy working behaviour, wearing of PPEs and to correct and report on all observed hazards and safety non-compliances.

Warehousing

• Oversees and manage storage/shipping logistics for warehouse facilities.
• Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules.
• Monitor packaging materials inventory levels using software programs and initiating orders or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high. Organize Stock replenishment, follow FIFO/FEFO method.
• Monitoring and verification of raw materials on storage locations ensuring physical inventory tallies with system and at the correct storage location.
• Submitting of weekly inventory report to superior and investigate discrepancies and report on any stock adjustment required, including reason.
• Communicating with clients, suppliers and vendors by email or phone to coordinate warehouse operational needs.
