BASIC FUNCTION

Assist the Head of Securities Marketing in BDO SGB Treasury in the day-to-day overall activities related to Investment Accounts for the Regulated Activities under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA) and the Financial Advisers Act (FAA) to achieve its overall objectives and targets.

HOME CARE ASSISTANTS

· Provide daily escort duties for clients from their home to the hospital or polyclinic for their medical appointments.

· Accompany the clients on the vehicle and keep an eye on them during the journey.

· Promote safety and comfort for seniors by interacting with them while waiting for transport during appointments.

· Liaise with office with client’s follow up medical appointment and transportation.

· Attend to senior’s needs and provide physical assistance such as buying meals, toileting, perform translation if needed) during appointments (i.e. on wheelchair)

· Hand over all medications, doctor’s notes, appointment schedules to the elderly or cluster support staff or social worker upon return to the Home.

· Inform the supervisor/manager of any abnormality of the client.

· Physically able to handle elderly on a wheelchair.

· Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at all times.
