Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior team members to enhance, develop, and retain existing client relationships through excellent client service
• Work with senior team members to develop and execute strategic plans for each client, outlining a service plan, specific deliverables, and cross selling opportunities
• Build and develop relationships with existing local clients with the goal to independently interact and manage own client service relationships

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 years of work experience in a Sales role within sell or buy side
• Knowledge of, and passion for global markets and ancillary businesses, preferably with experience in derivative products
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build trust and confidence of colleagues, strengthen relationships through ongoing dialogue and interactions, and collaborate well with others internally to meet client needs

The role will be for a client in the Education Sector. The role will be a strategic HR advisor who builds strong partnerships with the senior leaders and the University HR community to develop and execute the People Strategies and solutions for the College/Schools.
