You are a service-oriented individual who is keen to join the Digital Services team who is embarking on digital transformation journey to better serve our members. With your service experience, you will support the Customer Experience (CX) initiatives to improve the member satisfaction for our self-help services, such as Virtual Assistant (VA).
Job Responsibilities:
• Support Customer Experience (CX) initiatives aimed to improve the Overall Service Satisfaction (OSS) for self-help services.
• Support the review of chat transcripts and calibration of service standards. Address gaps in chats with poor ratings.
• To generate reporting related to members' satisfaction and feedback for review
• Support in follow up tasks with respective stakeholders on improvements.
Requirements:
• Team player able to collaborate well with different stakeholders
• Fast learner, able to adapt quickly to changes
• Proficient in Microsoft applications like excel, outlook.
