Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design engineers and architects to create and document detailed test plans for verifying the SoC design.
• Establish and manage the infrastructure and environment for automated verification of the SoC's architecture, functionality, and performance.
• Develop reusable testbenches, test cases using constrained-random and directed methods, and verification modules for both block and system levels.
• Create a regression strategy, methodology, and scripting tools, ensuring comprehensive function coverage and addressing verification gaps before design releases and tape-out.
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve simulation issues.
• Provide support to test engineers during post-silicon validation.
• Mentor and guide team members and junior engineers, aiming to enhance verification efficiency.​

Requirements:

• Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 8 years of relevant working experience/ PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years working experience.
• Extensive understanding of UVM/OVM, Semiformal Verification, assertion-based verification, and hardware-software co-verification methodology.
• Skilled in Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, Perl, TCL, Shell scripting, C/C++, SystemC, and assembly coding for industry-standard ISAs.
• Familiar with MIPI, AMBA (APB/AHB/AXI) bus protocols, RISC-V/ARM, or DSP cores.
• Experience in verifying designs at RTL and post-P&R gate levels.

The Opportunity

Within EY’s Financial Services Regulatory Compliance practice, you will participate in numerous projects and initiatives involving process reviews, system enhancements as well as new systems implementation, impacting and improving the relevant MAS regulatory compliance and reporting processes. You will also use your knowledge and expertise to implement challenging audit strategies and build strong client relationships. With the support of managers, you will extend your technical and business skills. Your key responsibilities

You will be working together with the audit manager, plan, lead and execute MAS regulatory review for financial institutions, focusing on regulatory risk and reporting for Banks, Capital Market Services Licensees and other financial institutions. You will perform regulatory related fieldwork and review of documentation to provide quality control over MAS regulatory reviews. You will also make recommendations to improve policies, procedures and processes.

Skills and attributes for success

• Knowledge of MAS Regulations such as Banking Act / Securities and Futures Act
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team in close liaison with the engagement managers
• Strong analytical skills with a good eye for details
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Accounting knowledge, with focus in IFRS and SFRS will be an advantage

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in regulatory compliance, regulatory reporting or risk management function, especially in banks or capital market services licensees
• Strong knowledge in banking operations and banking products and services will be an advantage

Marketing Associate (Paid Media)

You will be the “Meta ads person” on a marketing team, reporting to the Growth Manager.

This is currently a junior role, but expect it to evolve as the underlying business grows. Further training will be provided as complexity evolves.

Primarily, you will:

• generate ideas and concepts for creative strategy,
• script and draft copy for videos and ads,
• produce ad creatives, either by engaging external vendors or utilising internal resources.

You will also:

• set up Meta ad campaigns,
• assess Meta ad performance and make recommendations for adjustments,
• increase Meta advertising spend, number of campaigns and ad creatives with time in order to meet revenue growth targets.

You will be performing these responsibilities with close support from the Growth Manager and colleagues on the marketing team.
