Job Description

· Handle all other HR matters and administrative tasks as assigned by the manager

· Handle leave administration

· Responsible for a full spectrum of Human resources and Payroll

Job Responsibilities:

· To assist the HR & Admin Department in the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative matters.

· Handle recruitment and training activities.

· Handle monthly payroll administration.

· Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files.

· Handle foreign work pass applications and renewals.

· Verify and process work injury compensation claims, insurance and medical claims and etc..

· Assist in market survey from MOM and various HR related surveys.

· Prepare and submit government related claims.

· Prepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment and bonus etc.).

· Perform other HR/Admin duties as and when assigned by your immediate Superior (Manager, Admin./HR.).

Requirements:

· Diploma in HRM.

· Meticulous, responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

· Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

· Competent in MS Word and Excel, cuteOffice Payroll and HR System.

· Minimum 3 years’ of working experience in the related field.

· Able to work in a fast phased environment.

Job Description:

• Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes in the compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for work pass matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Use Info-Tech software to manage HR functions, including e-attendance, leave applications, and claims submissions.
• Assist staff with the use of the Info-Tech systems, troubleshooting any issues and coordinating with relevant teams for support as needed.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documents, conduction tours, and handling exit formalities.
• Provide an orientation tour to all new hires, familiarizing them with the company culture, facilities, and key personnel.
• Prepare and distribute company memos and communications in both English and Chinese to ensure clear and effective communication across all levels.
• Support general office administration tasks as needed.
• Assist in organizing company festive events and celebrations, coordinating venues, and materials to promote team engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Job Requirement:

• GCE 'O' Level.
• 1-2 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency in Info-Tech software is required.

Job Descriptions:

· Responsible for day-day operations of the HR department for a group of companies

· Manage recruitment process: Posting job advertisement, screening resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting, and offer of jobs

· Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation

· Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL

· Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim and others

· Maintain employment contracts and probation confirmations

· Query and question to MOM/BCA to keep abreast of current employment practices

· Manage payroll related matters for staff and workers

· Arrangement of skilled Course enrolments for Workers
