o Administer psychometric assessment for promotees

§ People Management

o Mentor newcomers to integrate them well into the department

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.

HR Generalist

Provide effective HR support to the employees in HR matters. To support various HR functions with business units by working closely with peers, employees as well as external vendors.
