We are seeking an Associate to join our Projects practice in Singapore.

Our team is a tier 1 ranked projects team advising sponsors, lenders and investors on many of the most complex and innovative energy and infrastructure projects in the region.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience with power, energy, utilities and infrastructure projects.
• A working knowledge of general construction and operation contractual arrangements and internationally-used standard forms would be ideal.
• Additional experience with other project documentation, such as power purchase agreements, offtake contracts, feedstock and fuel supply contracts, concession contracts, interface agreements and ancillary security documents would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tax computation for financial reporting purposes and for submission to IRAS for portfolio of clients
• Submission of client’s income tax returns (ECI, Tax Computation, Form C/CS and other documents) to IRAS
• Liaise with IRAS on client’s behalf for tax queries
• Keep abreast of current developments in matters relating to tax

• Conduct user testing interviews, research specific to the Institutional Investors/ High Net Worth individual context to understand the feedback, pain points, needs and behaviors of the target clients.
• Convert user research insights and business requirements into clear, engaging user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that enhance user journey and experience, meeting accessibility standards and industry best practices.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all platforms.
