Key Responsibilities:

Work Pass Management:

• Ensure timely renewal, cancellation, and updating of work pass details in compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
• Act as the primary contact for all work pass-related inquiries from employees and relevant authorities.

OFWAS (Online Foreign Workers Address Service):

• Administer the OFWAS process for foreign workers, ensuring accurate and timely updates to their residential addresses in the MOM system.

• Ensure that all foreign worker address-related requirements are met and in compliance with MOM guidelines.

MWOC (Migrant Worker Onboarding Centre):

• Coordinate the onboarding process for migrant workers through the MWOC, ensuring that all workers complete the mandatory onboarding requirements.
• Provide guidance to migrant workers regarding the necessary documentation and steps for onboarding at the MWOC.
• Ensure that all migrant workers' onboarding documents are processed, and related data is uploaded to the MOM portal.

Training Certificates Upload:

• Assist employees in ensuring that required training certificates (such as safety and compliance training) are obtained and correctly uploaded to the MOM portal.
• Ensure compliance with MOM requirements related to training and certifications for foreign workers.
• Track employee training records to ensure that all certifications are up-to-date and uploaded within the required timelines.

General HR Coordination:

• Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring all documentation (contracts, medical checks, and identification documents) is verified and processed.
• Managed foreign workers' related matters such as security bonds, OFWAS, PCP, and air ticket bookings.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in handling employee queries and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and other relevant laws.
• Prepare and submit necessary compliance reports to MOM and other relevant authorities as needed.

We are looking for a research associate to work on the development of an AI-power capsule endoscope that emulate a human eye for tracking a fast moving object.

The research associate will work on a project to conduct the investigation on development of ingestible robotic system to enable continuous monitoring of disease relevant biomarkers and decision-making for on-demand delivery of therapeutics in the gastro intestinal tract in a non-invasive and automated manner. Novel sensors and actuators as well as their circuit design interface and algorithms for will be investigated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of circuit for implementing FPGA and microcontroller for implementing edge computing in ingestible/implantable electronics.
• Development of AI accelerator for encryption of wireless communication in medical electronics.

Job Requirements:

• MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, computer engineering, or related field
• 4-year research experience in related area
• Expertise in embedded system and FPGA
• Knowledge in interfacing circuit design for low power sensing and wireless communication
• Experiences in biosensors and actuators for biomedical applications are highly preferred
• Publication track record is an advantage
• Proficiency in basics of programming languages such as C, C++ and Python

Roles & Responsibilities

This position is responsible for conducting audit checks to ensure that products meet the established standards, This role also supports the achievement of Company quality target.

1. Confirm to quality standard and quality processes

· Inspect in-coming and outgoing products according to policies standard.

· Perform all product processes within section (eg, QC, SAO), Reworks, Repairs, Defective photo-taking)

2. Contribute to continuous improvement

· Maintain Integrity accuracy and completeness of Supplier invoice data and QC data in system

· Establish standard operating procedures and conditions for handling storage and checklist of stock.

3. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· At least 1 year of experience in Gold quality control in retail jewellery or quality control experience in manufacturing

· Those with more years of experiences will be considered for the senior executive position

· At least Diploma in any discipline

· Basic understanding of production methods.
