Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the HR & Operational Manager
• Manage and perform all functions and aspects of HR with focus on the day-to-day administrative duties, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, and the Onboarding and Offboarding of all employees

Recruitment for our Specialist & Private Client Disputes practice:

Successful applicants will work on a broad range of complex and market-leading matters supporting the full range of stakeholders in the private client eco-system including high net-worth individuals and families, family offices, private banks and financial institutions, trust companies and corporations.

You will advise on issues relating to succession planning across generations, establishment of family offices, and the setting up and administration of trusts and charitable structures. You will also be involved in a range of multi-jurisdictional, cutting-edge dispute resolution work including complex estates, trust, matrimonial, and mental capacity disputes.

We are seeking team players who are self-motivated, dedicated and people-oriented. Individuals with working ability in a second language important to the region will have an advantage.

We were in the first batch of international firms to be granted a Singapore Qualifying Foreign Law Practice (QFLP) licence in 2008. In providing clients with the highest quality Singapore, U.S. and English legal advice, we are able to leverage our strength in local law capability to manage the more complex deals with Singapore law elements. The team is consistently ranked tier 1 across all of the major legal directories. Role requirements

• Qualified layer with a minimum of 2 to 5 PQE with cross border banking experience.
• Strong Technical knowledge
• Excellent Client Relationships skills
• Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels and particularly to win the respect of the partner and fee-earner community, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
