Job Description

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and directing as needed and Talking with customers to select a grooming package
• Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the entire grooming centre
• Resolving customer problems as needed
• Assist Groomer Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist Daycare Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist in selling retail products & packages
• Handle and take care of dogs and cats
• Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned

Requirements

• Not afraid to handle and take care of dogs and cats
• Prior experience in customer service
• 5 Day Work Week (have to work on weekends & some PH)

Associate - Climate Change and Sustainability Services, Assurance

Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) is part of our Assurance group which is one of the most trusted, respected and influential organizations in the industry. As part of our team, you will provide peace of mind to clients by using your skills and experience to give companies, investors and regulators confidence in the validity of business-critical information or processes.

Your key responsibilities

You’ll spend most of your time in assisting with research work and support the managers with project execution, which includes Advisory and Assurance type activities, in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) Department.

· Assist and analyze on work connected to sustainability reports

· Conduct research on potential clients, make calls to fix meetings, take and summarise client meeting/interview notes

· Carry out quantitative work relating to emission calculations

· Assist in customized research relevant to climate change, carbon emissions, sustainability issues; company level and country level research.

To qualify for the role you must have the following

· A Bachelors/Masters Degree, preferably in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Sciences or other branches of engineering (chemical/ mechanical/ electrical). Non-engineering undergraduate students (business, social science, media studies) who have a strong interest in the sustainability field are also welcome to apply.

· Willing to learn and able to work under pressure

Ideally, you’ll also have

· Strong quantitative and analytical skills

· Knowledge and interest in sustainability related areas or topics

• Salary : SGD 2,800 - SGD 4,000
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm
  (once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop close working relationship with customers championing products.
• Identify niche market segments locally, create market awareness, new product positioning and launch, develop and implement effective marketing programs with the timely support to penetrate, expand and accelerate business growth.
• Understand market trends, competitions, local market culture/customer expectations in order to achieve the organizations’ goals.
• Liaise with management and on various matters – develop jointly common marketing goals/strategies, share marketing information, obtain courses information

Job requirements

• Good knowledge or experience in Semiconduct products, equipment machines or parts or relevant
• Possess Class 3 driving license (Company pays car allowance)
