Job Description
- Oversee and manage the comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to their first day of reporting
- Ensure the preparation of all necessary documentation for new user creation and electronic personal files (e-pfile)
- Administer and create new user profiles on HRIS and/or other relevant systems
- Manage the application, renewal, and/or cancellation processes for foreign employees' work/employment passes as applicable
- Assist in addressing staff queries and provide support to the HRBP team, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
- Actively contribute to staff engagement by organizing activities that promote and enhance employee health and wellbeing
- Provide support and coordination in various administrative and procurement matters as required
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements
- Diploma in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administrative role
- Possess knowledge on Singapore Employment Act and MOM work pass is requirements
- Result-oriented person who is organized, meticulous, resourceful and with good problem-solving skills
- Positive approach to work with the ability to work independently and coordinate well across all levels in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy, adaptable and a strong sense of commitment towards work
