The department is Business Development. This department plays the role of revenue and occupancy management for our portfolio of Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) assets across Australia. Scope of Work

Your role is to assist the team in its responsibilities, which includes the following (but not limited to):

• Revenue and occupancy management – Work with third party operator to manage the revenue and occupancy of a portfolio of PBSA assets in Australia
• Pricing Management - Set rate strategies for all properties and undertake active pricing management.
• Performance Reporting - To report to management on performance of portfolio on a regular basis.
• Prepare a revenue strategy for each asset and monitor performance against budget.
