Responsibilities

Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition/Retention & Operations

● Forecast staffing needs and the projection of yearly manpower budget

● Establish clear understanding of the hiring requirements of the Business Units and work closely with on the hiring of talents and appointment/re-appointment of staff on a timely basis.

● Manage hiring / resignation related activities and existing staff support

● Communicate and advice to medical leaders/staff regarding HR policy & procedures, with support by Shared Services ● Responsible for all HR operational matters/processes

● Actively identify gaps and opportunities where people-related risks can be minimised and influence solutions/outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

● Coordinate and assist the promotion exercise annually by gathering information to support compensation review and address various level staff’s queries on compensation matters, with support from Executive & Ops team

Talent Management, Succession Planning and Employee Development

● Partner BUs/team leaders and provide recommendation in annual talent identification and succession planning exercise and provide recommendation for targeted development for staff, talents and potential successors

Employee Relations, Engagement & Change Management

● Be a facilitator and HR advisor to senior leaders in managing matters pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline.

Performance Management

● Partner HODs/Head of Division, providing advice and guidance in the staff performance management

● Provide advice to staff on performance appraisal exercise

● Establish strong partnership with the business units to drive organisational effectiveness while implementing HR programmes and initiatives

Requirements

● Degree with at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in the Human Resources function.

● Experience in TCM health and wellness industry would be advantageous.

● Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) would be advantageous

● Good Knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws

● Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, in both spoken and written English and Chinese

● Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities

● Collaborative and is comfortable working in a matrix structure with multiple priorities

● Resourceful and possess strong initiative to drive changes

Summary:

Available: Day and Night shift

The Threat Analysts are the core of our SOC-as-a-Service operations. They are on the front line receiving and triaging alerts from our SIEM platform. The operate across multiple customers and time zones while utilizing multiple consoles and technologies. Our Threat Analysts have strong network and security knowledge, are strong problem solvers, and work under time pressure to quickly analyze and report security threats in our customers’ networks.

Professionals at the Associate Threat Analyst level possess 0-3+ years’ experience and have mastered the core skill of threat monitoring

Core Skills:

• Threat Monitoring – actively monitoring our SIEM for alerts, then identify the root cause of the alert and provide suggested fixes
• Threat Analysis: Utilize knowledge of internal and external information vulnerabilities and match those to real-world cyber attacks

Advanced Skills:

• Incident Response: address and manage the aftermath of a security breach or cyber attack with a focus on limiting damage, reducing recovery time/costs, and returning systems to normal.
• Threat Intelligence: creation of the information our organization uses to understand the threats that have, will, or are currently targeting our customers. This information is then used to prepare, prevent, and identify cyber threats.
• DevOps: integrating security practices to bridge traditional gaps between IT and security while ensuring fast, safe delivery of services

• Education and/or experience equivalent to 0-3+ years’ in both networking monitoring and cybersecurity

• Work with SIEM technologies receiving and triaging alerts from various log sources preferred
• Continuous learner who has a passion for defensive cybersecurity; ability to utilize resources at your disposal in an efficient manner; advanced problem-solving skills when encountering emerging security attack scenarios
• Strong base in Linux operating systems, scripting skills (preferably in Python), and experience with a variety of other security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management are all pluses
• Demonstrated communication skills including written documentation of troubleshooting and required responses
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict SLAs for response time
