Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day showroom/retail operations
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours and sizes on the floor
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
• Promote first class service & customer experience at all times
• Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
• Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 8 days a month
• Strong command of English
• Basic Excel Skills required
• Min education: Diploma preferred
• Minimum commitment of 3 months

Responsibilities

• Carry out the daily operational duties and supervise residents in their regular activities
• Assist residents with any difficulties related to day-to-day issues at Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre and ensure their welfare and safety
• Promote discipline among the residents and be a mentor/role model to them

• Carry out individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans by treatment team
• Participate in providing physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents

As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be responsible, but not limited to, preparing the tax filing documents, gathering information for tax review and performing tax research projects. • You should have a Diploma in Accountancy, a Degree preferably in Accountancy or a equivalent professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA.
• Pursuing or possessing an accreditation by SCTP will be an added advantage
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferably in the area of Singapore tax. Applicants with more than 3 or 4 years of relevant working experience in similar role, will be considered for Senior Associate level.
• Basic GST knowledge will be advantageous but not compulsory.

The Role

This role will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and compliance of indirect taxes, including VAT, sales tax, GST, and other applicable local tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of indirect tax returns (VAT, sales tax, GST, etc.) in compliance with local regulations and within specified deadlines.
• Support the review and analysis of indirect tax liabilities and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions and compliance with indirect tax laws.

The incumbent should have strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, have good attention to details, with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team based environment, and able to multi-task, possess excellent communication skills and are proficient in excel.
