• Leverage software and automated equipment (e.g., FME and conveyor dimensioning system) to streamline and improve warehouse processes.
• Plan and optimize warehousing space, organizing shipments efficiently within the warehouse.
• Oversee the inflow and outflow of shipments, loading, and storage activities using inventory control systems and best practices.
• Monitor and track warehouse KPIs for process optimization, customer relations, quality, asset
  utilization, and cost management.
• Ensure that MHE is well-maintained to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Manage policies and procedures related to security, safety, and health requirements.
• Establish protocols for risk analysis, physical and personnel security, access control, emergency response, and disaster recovery in warehouse operations.
• Manage continuous improvement and change management initiatives for time, cost, and quality improvements.
• Monitor and appraise warehousing team performance based on the established KPI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with at least five years of working experience.
• Experience in warehouse management & manpower management skills
• Familiar with air freight operations
• Lean Six Sigma qualification will have added advantage.

The Research Associate will be involved in primary research and responsible for reaching out to fund managers based in the Asia Pacific region to build relationships and obtain valuable proprietary information. This information consists of investment activities and preferences, fundraising and performance. This is a unique research role, requiring a sales-like mindset to unlock research relationships across the region. The role will also include handling data inquiries, quality assurance, data monitoring for consistency and client engagement regarding our Preqin Pro platform. The role will be based in Singapore.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively communicating and building relationships with key professionals of all levels within the alternative assets industry to obtain valuable proprietary information on past, current and future investment activities including historic performance
• Holding regular face to face meetings with APAC-based fund managers to gain fundraising and performance data and working actively alongside the APAC sales team to build strategic research relationships with fund managers and other key regional associations
• Conducting bespoke statistical analysis for clients
• Liaising with our teams in North America and EMEA, as well as collaborating with other departments in the company, to deliver requests and provide solutions.
• Supporting senior leaders on research projects and regional strategy regarding further data enhancement and development activities
• Contributing to research reports, blogs and publications occasionally and supplementary public/web research where necessary
