Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (SEA) to support our Marine business units across Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and Australia. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the SEA region, acting as a vital bridge between the Marine business segment and the HR function. Your focus will be on aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives while driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement and HR process improvements tailored specifically to the Marine entities in SEA.

HRBP

• Partner with Marine business leaders in Southeast Asia to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational growth in the Marine industry.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the managers on a range of HR matters including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning specifically within the Marine industry.
• Drive the talent acquisition process for Marine positions, partnering with recruitment teams to attract, assess, and select top talent with expertise in the Marine industry.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure effective delivery of HR services specifically tailored for the Marine industry, including compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends within the Marine industry to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
• Lead change management initiatives within the entities to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth implementation of HR programs in the Marine entities in SEA.
• Stay updated on HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends within the Marine industry to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement specifically for the Marine business units in Southeast Asia

HR Operations

• To boost onboarding employee experience and maintain high level of motivation of a new join. You will be accountable for onboarding process, as well coordination of orientation/new join training plan. This includes liaising with internal stakeholder to refresh information on orientation slides.
• Application, maintenance, and termination of employees’ medical insurance.
• Yearly renewal of employee benefit insurance and WICA
• Responsible for monthly payroll of various entities in SEA (dealing with payroll vendors to ensure staff is paid correctly and on time)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the Marine industry or related maritime sectors within SEA.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive change and achieve results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics specific to drive decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and propose creative solutions
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required to support the Marine business

Havas Media Singapore is looking for an Associate / Media Manager (Integrated Media) with at least 4-5 years of experience in integrated media. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the management and delivery of advertising campaigns for a portfolio of integrated media accounts.

Main responsibilities:
