Job Scopes:
• Provide leave administration for staff.
• Process all course applications and cancellations/ withdrawals, not limiting to Learning and Development
• Maintain self-sourced training requests.
• Update learning records in Workday.
• Providing logistics support (e.g. ordering catering, collating RSVPs) for ad-hoc onsite programmes/events (e.g.orientation, leadership chats/forum)
• Manage corporate cards to local places of interest.
• Support the end-to-end scholarship selection cycle.
• Administer payments of allowances and other related claims to studying scholars (e.g. maintenance allowance, pre-study allowance, winter clothing allowance, internship allowance) and school fees to universities.
• Provide support to studying scholars.
• Budget monitoring
Requirements:
• Experience in Administration and with Human Resources background or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Good working knowledge on Microsoft Office including intermediate level for Excel.
• Prior experience with Workday and/or SAP systems is an added advantage.
• Prior experience with working with government agencies is an added advantage.
• Good written and communication skills
• Able to multitask and is Tech Savy
• Quick learner and a team player
• Meticulous in record keeping.
• Able to work independently.
• Resilience to withstand pressure from clients and high recruitment volume.
• Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services.
Working Hours;
Mondays- Fridays 8.30-6.00 PM (overtime expected during peak period)
