Senior HR Executive (Exp in Mass hiring, New Factory, Central)

• Manage end to end of hiring
• Identify and develop talents through the talent acquisition process
• Oversee the manpower requisition and deployment for service partners and contract partners

• In-charge of work passes processes for foreign employees

Requirements:

• Degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in internal TA
• Familiarity with manufacturing Mass Hiring, knowledge of organization chart/plant structures (operations, EMS, canteen, clinic, etc.) for new plant set up.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, employee relations, union matters, and work pass applications.
• Knowledge in handling expatriate relocations.
• Experience working with upper management and stakeholders
