Job Descriptions:

• Supervise employee recruitment, transfers and terminations.
• Review and evaluate applications for employment
• Conduct initial screening and interview of potential candidates
• Assist in reviewing job description before advertising
• Assist employees with performance appraisals and provide guidance on employee benefits packages.
• Managing employee training and development programs.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and briefing to shortlisted candidates on the employment terms and conditions
• Conduct the full on-boarding process of new hires (e.g. employment contract, register of medical insurance, etc)
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database
• Responsible for letters preparation (e.g. transfer letter, confirmation letter, acceptance of resignation and etc)
• Administer employees’ confirmation and ensure timely processing of documentation
• Arrange and liaise with external vendor for the course for employees
• Process work passes application, renewal, cancellation and medical check-up for new employees
• Support the offboarding related activities including exit interview
• Assist in employee disciplinary, handling complaints and grievance issues
• Adhoc assignments as and when assign by the management

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Fast learner, detail oriented and able to work independently and as a team
• Proactive, able to mulit-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Good knowledge on employment legislations
• Proficient in use of Google software applications
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative and willing to learn
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field

• Take on any other new assignments from Senior Management and Group HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of prior HR experience in SG, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations.

• Able to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
• Energetic and willing to implement change. Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to go to project sites and engage with front-line staff, other than executive staff.
• Very detailed oriented and strong at producing high quality/accurate work.
• Strong with numbers and critical thinking. Able to complete HR initiatives with high cost-benefit outcomes.
• Diplomatic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff.

This position is responsible for conducting audit checks to ensure that products meet the established standards, This role also supports the achievement of Company quality target.

1. Confirm to quality standard and quality processes

• Inspect in-coming and outgoing products according to policies standard.
• Perform all product processes within section (eg, QC,SAO), Reworks, Repairs, Defective photo-taking

2. Contribute to continuous improvement

• Maintain Integrity accuracy and completeness of Supplier invoice data and QC data in system
• Establish standard operating procedures and conditions for handling storage and checklist of stock.

3. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Gold quality control in retail jewellery preferred
• If no QC experience in retail jewellery then at least 1 year of experience in QC control in manufacturing
• At least Diploma in any discipline
• Basic understanding of production methods.

• Able to use basic MS Office.
