As a vital member of our HR team, you will work closely with the Senior Assistant Director to manage and execute our annual performance exercise. You’ll play a key role in shaping the performance management cycle, from goal-setting to year-end reviews, ensuring a smooth and effective process.

What You’ll Do:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare insightful reports on preliminary ratings and promotion recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
• System Support: Setup the system for the annual exercise and provide support to users on the system.
• Facilitate Engaging Sessions: Co-lead pre-moderation and main moderation sessions with Senior Management, fostering a culture of open dialogue and collaboration.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with the Centre of Excellence and HR Business Partners to ensure timely submissions of performance appraisals, making a tangible impact on our organizational success.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on Conflict-of-Interest Declarations, ensuring transparency and completeness.
• Manage & support staff compliance with policies and assist in non-payroll HR audits.
• Communicate key policies and procedures effectively to all levels of staff, enhancing understanding and compliance.
• Undertake any other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit.

What You’ll Achieve:

• Prepare staff listings and user access for surveys, ensuring high participation rates.
• Liaise with the vendor and Centre of Excellence to ensure tasks are completed on-time.
• Analyse survey results and craft compelling communication materials to address areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with departments to develop actionable intervention plans, presenting insights to the management team.
• Undertake any other projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; a post-graduate qualification in HR Management is a plus!
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources;
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
