The incumbent shall be responsible to:

• Manage clinicians onboarding such as collection of staff photo for staff pass creation, name tag ordering and uniform ordering.
• Manage the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) Assessment and Evaluation tracking for clinicians.
• Coordinate with Dept. Admin for assigned supervisors for MOs’ e-Appraisal (online performance appraisal system)
• Liaise with Speciality Operations on the submission of the new requests or changes.
• Work with Medical Affairs to kick start the privileging exercise for specialists before clinical practice.
• Any other projects assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline with 1 year of relevant working experience in HR Operations work.
• Possess good communication skills, meticulous and team spirit with a "Can-do" attitude.
• Possess hands-on experience in Microsoft Office especially in Excel such as vlookup and pivot table.
• Able to commit for 3 to 6 months.
