A sales manager is responsible for:

• Overseeing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue and sales goals
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Coordinating the sales team's efforts to effectively promote and sell products or services
• Evaluating the performance of team members and attempting to increase sales performance
• Managing the entire sales cycle, including forecasting and budgeting sales revenue, recruitment, selection of sales personnel, and ensuring proper training and performance evaluations
• Reporting to the head of sales or the sales director in a major corporation

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and develop training and development strategies to meet company business goals.
• Identify training needs, formulate training plans and deliver training programs to all retail staff in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Lead and work together with Retail Team to retain and accelerate customer service standard of retail staff.
• Monitor mystery shopping program and analyse result to formulate improvement action plan.
• Design and facilitate talent management process and career ladder for retail staff.
• Measure the success of all training initiatives and maximise ROI.
• Perform training follow-up for all levels of boutique staff to reinforce the application of skills learnt in training activities are well mastered and able to transfer effectively in workplace.
• Through field training efforts to drive performance of sales staff and to align an elite level of selling skills, luxurious customer shopping experience and promote a performance learning culture.
• Provide coaching and train the trainer to ensure the trainings and tools are implemented effectively in each store.
• Perform targeted follow-up/coaching with proper planning based on identified performance gaps, classroom performance, MSP results, feedback from retail management.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partner, retail and store management to formulate classroom training, field training and coaching plans.
• Prepare and monitor training budget and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Training and Development experience.
• Well understanding of luxury brands and retail industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Travelling within Region required.

• This role would require you to report to the Head, HR. In this role, you will be handling the full spectrum of HR functions. Job scope involves recruitment and retention, work pass applications

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the HODs and Team Leads to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes, administering the Talent Acquisition Form for all hires; the sourcing and interview of candidates; prepare salary proposal; the on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Collaborate with various agencies to participate in various recruitment drives and outreach programmes so as to enhance our branding; enhance recruitment channel and to build pipeline to support the current and future human capital needs.
• Handle all employee relations matters, which includes, disciplinary related matters; grievances; performance improvement plan and other issues concerning employee engagement.
• Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures with the aim to enhance employee communication; engagement and performance.
• Facilitate and be the minute-taker for staff engagement sessions
• Handle work pass applications/renewals for any foreign hires and related matters
• Participate and assist with performance management review
• Participate in HRIS implementation and testing
• To perform any HR related projects, surveys and HR admin duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management or related disciplines with at least 4 to 5 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering
• Good oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous with high degree of initiatives and resourcefulness
• Self-driven, able to multitask with good time management
• Has cultural affinity to organization and possess positive attitude
• Experience in SAP and/or SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage
