The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation of various project across all departments within Brunel Asia.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Initiation:

• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project charters, timelines, and resource plans.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings and ensure all team members have a clear understanding of project objectives.

2. Project Execution:

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities.
• Track project progress, including sprint progress, code deployments, and release cycles.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and open communication within the project team and Global team in Head office in Amsterdam
• Identify and assess project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Proactively address obstacles to project success.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and project plans.
• Create user adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation

3. Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with QA teams to define and execute test plans.
• Monitor and report on the status of testing and bug resolution.

4. Agile or DevOps Implementation:

• Lead Agile or DevOps transformation efforts within the project team.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and DevOps Engineers to establish and maintain Agile or DevOps processes.
• Ensure continuous improvement and adherence to Agile or DevOps principles.

What We Expect of You

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in projects involvement and/or user support of Microsoft Dynamics
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, networking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently in multi-cultural working environment.
• Organized, meticulous, and has a good sense of time management.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.

Qualifications

• General degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • At Least 1 year of relevant Lab Supplies Store or Procurement experience
  • Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
  • Result oriented, strong attention to details and time management skills
  • Demonstrates commitment to teamwork with good analytical and project mgt skills
  • Experience as a change agent in an organization
  • Familiar with B2B or B2C system
  • Financial and Business Savvy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, BI tools.

• Devise and execute customer, product propositions and strategies with the Banca Team.
• Work closely with the Bank’s stakeholders (Cluster Heads, Team Leads and Banca Managers) to ensure achievement of bancassurance targets.
• Identify sellers who require additional coaching or skillsets to achieve higher production targets.
• Devise coaching methodology and conduct effective coaching sessions.
• Spearhead conversations with internal stakeholders to enhance sellers’ productivity and tools availability.
• Ensure the fulfilment of expectations that is set for Personal Wealth Banking.
• Analyse sales and productivity data to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and derive action plan to drive performance across segments and channel.
• Analyse, influence and lead action plans in accordance to segment and channel strategies.
• Analyse and compare the present state of products, processes, and applications for improvements.
• Collect and interpret segment performance statistics and other relevant data.
• Assist the management and other teams to draw business goals and needs.

• CMFAS certification Module 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A & HI (Preferred)

Education

• Diploma / Degree in Finance/ Business or relevant fields of study

Salary: $13.45/hour

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 830am - 5pm

Location: Novena

Contract Period: Immediate till June 2024 (extendable based on performance and business needs)

Job Responsibilities:

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the Helpline
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean
• GCE A level and Diploma
• Good communication skills
• Candidate without tax/ customer service experience are welcome to join as training will be provided
