Fabrica AI is creating a future where ideating and developing a robot for any task takes days, not years. We believe that by training end to end controls in simulation with reinforcement learning and above that iterating hardware designs, we can automate the whole development process.

To validate our approaches for our AI system and to collect data, we invented an automatic tile grouting robot that boosts productivity by up to 5x and are piloting it on construction sites in Singapore managed by Woh Hup, BHCC, Gin Chia, Soilbuild, Chan Rong Fen, and Dragages. Tile grouting is the process of filling up the gaps between tiles after the tiles have been laid. Scope of work:

The Pest Control Manager oversees pest management operations. He/She may manage multiple sites or projects concurrently and is able to manage resources effectively. Straits Retail Property Management Services currently manages the following shopping malls in its portfolio: Paragon, The Clementi Mall and The Woodleigh Mall. The Group Marketing Communications team is comprised of 3 teams: 2 mall loyalty programme teams and the Partnerships and International Marketing team. All of whom work closely with the individual shopping mall marketing team counterparts and other stakeholders, to jointly achieve business and marketing objectives.

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager to work on the Partnerships and International Marketing portfolio. The candidate will work directly and extensively with both internal and external stakeholders, to drive partnerships and international marketing initiatives, and ultimately acquire loyalty programme members and encourage shopper footfall and spend. The candidate should be able to think and respond on the fly in accordance with market shifts.

Responsibilities

• To develop a pipeline of partnership opportunities and corresponding frameworks and collaboration formats across a variety of prospective industries, including but not limited to: banks/financial institutions, hospitality, lifestyle, payment gateways
• To be well-versed with key target tourist markets and proactively conceptualize corresponding collaborative campaigns to drive the international marketing strategy
• To translate annual partner/international marketing strategies and plans into content schemes, themed initiatives and actionable campaigns to encourage footfall and spend
• To guide and support all malls’ marketing teams for acquisition campaigns and performance reporting

Job Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience in business development, partnerships or equivalent, with a degree in Marketing or similar
• A track record of effective identification, securing and management of a network of partners
• Prior relevant experience in execution of luxury marketing initiatives will be advantageous
• Articulate with strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal/external stakeholders across different levels
• Proactive in follow up. Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

1. Contract Administration

• Reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Preparing, consolidating and filing of Contract Documents, Variation Orders, Progress Claim and Final Accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, including timelines, quality, and specifications.
• Preparing, submitting and upgrading of BCA workhead.
• Monitoring contract terms to identify risks and opportunities.

2. Cost Management

· Bidding, taking of BQ for tenders, to discuss cost with Contract Director.

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tracking project expenses to maintain profitability.

3. Team Supervision and Coordination

• Supervising quantity surveyors, contract administrators, or other team members.
• Acting as a bridge between the Contract Director and the operational staff, ensuring that the Director's strategic decisions are implemented effectively.
• Guiding the team in preparing tender documents and ensuring they meet the required standards.
• To communicate with Project teams on progress and issues.

4. Reporting and Communication

• Regularly reporting to the Contract Director on the progress of projects, including financial updates and risks.
• Liaising with clients, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication.

5. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

• Ensuring all contracts align with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
• Staying updated on relevant laws, such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines or international contract standards (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
• Familiar with PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Service, upsell and built rapport with existing customer accounts within semiconductor industry
• Create targeted marketing strategies and campaigns for specific products or product lines to solidify market presence and differentiate them from competitors.
• Formulate business plans and strategically position products in the marketplace.
• Conduct market research, keep track of competitors’ activities, and assess customer needs to inform business decisions.
• Develop pricing frameworks, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to launch new products or improve existing ones.
• Prepare and negotiate pricing quotes, finalize terms, and ensure documentation is ready for order processing.
• Oversee follow-ups on outstanding accounts receivables.
• Present company product roadmaps and capabilities to customers while conveying customer technology requirements to relevant business units.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all customer engagements and develop tailored action plans with timely execution.
• Build relationships with both potential and current customers to identify and address their service needs.
• Work with business unit representatives to set the annual sales budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Willingness to travel overseas and work extended hours on challenging sales projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive team player.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
