The Primary responsibilities of the Housekeeping Training Assistant Manager is to train and develop the housekeeping department team members in all housekeeping policies and procedures. Experience & Education

• A minimum of Five (5) years’ experience as a housekeeper and 2 years management experience at 4 or 5-star property preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing housekeeping or similar training programs preferred.
• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and industry best practices.
• Keep complete knowledge of OSHA standards and Regulations, including all safety Standards and Evacuation procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring they are executed effectively to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and distribute marketing communication materials, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and promotional materials to enhance product visibility and stimulate consumer interest.
• Manage budgets, monitor, and analyze the performance of trade marketing campaigns and promotions, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies as required.
• Assist with the development and implementation of CRM loyalty program to enhance customer retention and engagement.
• Analyze customer data to tailor loyalty initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Trade show/Exhibitions is a MUST.
• Experience from the background of FMCG, Beauty, or Retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidate MUST BE able to Speak, Read, and Write Mandarin (to communicate/liaise with China's counterpart).

Responsibilities

• Ensures that assigned projects are completed in a timely and economical manner based on the Company's and Project's business objectives
• Monitors and focuses project execution schedule and plan based on each phase of the project requirement
• Ensures Hull meets all Design Specifications in accordance with class, technical requirements and project objectives
• Liaises with clients on various report requirements and updates
• Manages Hull engineering and construction and commissioning activities at construction sites in China
• Ensures weekly status accurately depicts percent complete, remaining labour and material costs
• Participates in JHA and reviews risk assessment for key critical project activities
• Maintains effective working relationships across client team, the Seatrium team, Hull contractor and subcontractors
• Prepares and presents Monthly Executive Review which accurately portrays project status, issues with mitigation plans, schedule compliance and opportunity in addition to identifying areas that indicate signs of risk to the project’s success
• Pursues and anticipates emergent work items and associated tasking
• Meets daily with the project team, to review open issues, actions required in support of cost and schedule, identifying, and tracking items which may impact cost and or schedule
• Complies and ensures workforce follows closely Safe Work Procedure (SWP) for all work activities
• Monitors housekeeping standards and assigns areas of responsibilities, Compliance to PPE requirements, safe-behavior as appropriate to Seatrium’s Life Saving Rules
• Works with Contractors on areas outside of responsibilities to ensure a safe working environment for all
• Ensures post-mortems and lesson learnt on project are done and to review the achievement of project objectives
• Practices awareness of the bigger picture while reinforcing the meticulous execution of project-specific items
• Oversees the Hull contract execution through handover to integration yard and closure of shipyard contract
• Ensures that all Hull project documentation (final as built) is completed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine and Offshore, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Project Management or related disciplines. Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Shipyard Operations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
