We are looking for a dedicated individual with expertise in Payroll to join our team as Senior HR Executive.
Job Description
· Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for full-timer and part-timer including reconciliation of attendance and leaves, wage calculations, deductions, CPF submission, tax clearance for foreigners, updating HRMS records, government paid leave claims, etc.
· Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies.
· Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters and ensure confidentiality.
· Prepare HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making.
· Assist in annual performance appraisals and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
· Assist in reviewing compensation structures to ensure competitiveness within the Singapore market, benchmarking against industry standards.
· Draft and issue HR- related documents such as staff memos, disciplinary letters, and promotion letters.
· Prepare and submit statutory claims such as Childcare Leave, Maternity/ Paternity leave and NS make-up pay.
· Prepare and submit statutory surveys.
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
· Provides support on the other areas of Human Resources practice when required and to assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks when assigned.
Job Requirements
· Min. 3 years of experience as HR Generalist with at least 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
· Possess strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and other relevant statutory legislations and regulatory requirements.
· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
· Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Good communication skills (spoken and written).
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel V-Lookup and PivotTable) and preferably Info-Tech.
