RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with the People & Organisation Development (P&OD) team in the following areas:

• Support the work of mapping and digitising key HR process flows as part of an ongoing exercise to enhance and improve workflow
• Assist in data gathering, analysis, and visualisation to support HR work
• Assist in updating personnel data using our HRIS and SharePoint systems
• Support the coordination and execution of core people development programmes such as onboarding, offboarding, new hires orientation, leadership development training, etc
• Help organise staff engagement and new hire orientation programmes
• Provide support in ad-hoc events/projects e.g. recruitment activities, system reviews for HRIS, L&D, competencies/JD library, etc.
