1. Recruitment & Staffing:
• Assist in developing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Prepare employment contracts and handle onboarding for new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

4. Training & Development:

• Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation of completed courses.
5. HR Administration:

6. Performance Management:
• Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal exercises and processes.
7. HR Policies & Procedures:

Requirement:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in human resources
• Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and welfare activities.
• Manage PPE issuance, lockers, access cards, and control systems.
• Coordinate interviews, verify attendance, and process timesheets.
• Arrange courier services, mail, and staff meal orders.
• Maintain pantry supplies, vending stocks, and office items.
