• Drive sustainability initiatives, including EcoVadis performance tracking and CSR programs, aligning them with the companys values.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to track project performance and key HR metrics.
• Contribute to employee engagement and well-being programs linked to sustainability and CSR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification or experience in HR, project management, or sustainability frameworks (e.g., ISO, SEDEX) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of HR or project management software is a plus.
