RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall control
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects for finance department excellence
• Support Senior Manager on monthly review of entities financial performance, follow up on queries and ensure closure of action items
• Work closely with the Finance Managers to support the Directors and Group Management to achieve financial KPIs
• Review projects profitability and submit monthly reports to management, explaining delta costs and margin achievements against forecasts
• Credit review and release for new customers, release of sales orders and variation orders in SAP
• Cash flow management, including cash flow forecast and the review of foreign exchange hedging requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualifying experience
• Good experience and knowledge in SAP systems
• Prior experience in Commercial FP&A or business partnering
• Self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented individual
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate works within tight deadlines
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure clarity, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
  Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable to the company.
  Administer and manage contractual obligations, tracking deliverables, milestones, and compliance with project requirements.
  
• Project Support:Collaborate with project teams to address contract-related issues and provide legal guidance throughout project lifecycles.
  Assess claims and variations, prepare recommendations, and manage resolutions in line with contractual terms.
  Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, compliant, and accessible, including records of contract changes and amendments.
  
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies, ensuring legal and financial safeguards are in place.
  Assist in dispute resolution and manage contract-related claims, including preparing supporting documentation for arbitration or litigation if required.
  
• Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
  Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, risks, and compliance issues to Senior Legal Counsel and executive leadership.
  
• Stakeholder Management:Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related queries, providing support and clarity to stakeholders.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management, particularly with A1 contractors on industrial and manufacturing projects.

• Perform audit on client’s existing processes and IT systems.

About You

• A Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, computer science, accountancy or other related field.
• At least 5 years of IT Audit experience.
• Professional qualifications (CISA, CISSP, PCI DSS) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk-based audit methodologies and approach
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate within the audit team and externally with clients.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.

• Ensure all paperwork and material submissions are verified, well presented and submitted timely.
