Job Description
· Development and maintenance of Training Calendar
· Deploying Training Initiatives and monitor U+ modules completion status
· Review On-The-Job (OJT) Training with Service Trainer
· Develop In-house course materials
· Conduct In-house and Global training initiatives
· Coordinate External training, especially certifications and license (OFA, SWHPP)
· Maintain proper training records for ISO, SQC certification audits
· Raise PO and payment
· Support SHE in training administration (Assist with course registration, uploading SHE Training in e-learning platform and course payment)
· Conduct weekly Employee Induction (Covers company profile, marketing, IT & SHE) to new joiners
· Educate the People Managers and employees on policy/ system changes and implications, as well as understand and gather their feedback and input
· Identify training needs for teams and individuals
· Launch Performance Management training and review exercise for Operations team.
· Lead in Company Townhall presentation
· Monitor and coordinate training requests from all departments
· Work with HR Executive and Ops to ensure NEA licenses are being applied and renewed.
· Attend to CS queries, if any
· Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
· Min 3 years of HR Learning and Development experience
· Having ACLP or ACTA certification is advantageous but not a must
· Possess good organization skills, meticulous, resourceful, and able to multitask
Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills
