Minimum Qualifications

As we are R2V3, ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 certified, we are seeking an experienced QHSE manager to handle our external audit by our customers and regulatory bodies.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of QHSE as well as handling external audits. As our external audits happen in other facilities of ours across Asia, candidate must be prepared to travel as well.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Primary role is to handle external audits by ISO and our customers.
• Follow up on corrective action plan on non adherence/compliance of existing procedures.
• Identify and investigate quality control issues, recommend solutions to improve the quality of services, processes, and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Manage feedback, complaints, and incident or accident investigations
• Liaise with ESG and other relevant government entities on grant support applications and claims
• Attend to any other related QHSE matters as requested by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Control or relevant disciplines (Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance or QHSE role
• Strong knowledge of local and international quality control methodologies and best practices, including ISO management systems and relevant frameworks. R2V3 would be a bonus.
• Excellent written and oral communication, leadership, supervision and problem-solving skills

• Point of contact for existing customers and pricing enquiry of freight forwarding services
• Handle and assist on RFQ from international customers
• Prepare sales proposal and quotations based on customers requirement
• Follow up on sales proposal and collect customer feedback for improvement
• Maintain good relationship with internal and customers
• Handle customers complaint and to resolve the issue
• Coordinate with operations team in relations to the implementation of RFQ
• Develop new business accounts
• Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification and above
• At least 3 years’ experience within a similar position in freight forwarding industry is preferred
• Proficient in Mircosoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
