Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the Company’s long-term sales strategy with the Group in the Asia & Oceania market.
2. Implement plans to foster long-term sustainable sales growth, execute the approved long-term strategic business plan and annual budgets, and meet sales targets.
3. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Company and its Asia & Oceania business units by maximizing sales.
4. Ensure the Company’s goals, objectives, mission, programs, products, and services are consistently presented to relevant stakeholders in a strong, positive image.
5. Deploy and comply with the Company’s and the Group’s policies and guidelines.
6. Provide the necessary leadership to keep, motivate, and develop the management team and ensure a healthy work environment for all employees.
7. Provide timely finance and commercial reports following the Group Policies and ensure that the Company operates according to the Group’s policies and directions and all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Ensure full transparency and smooth coordination with the Group.
9. Involve heavily in Trends and R&D of new products to be launched in what has become a fast fashion for Architecture but has regional tastes to consider.
10. Spearhead the e-commerce transformation in Asia while dealing with the international barriers that this creates.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 18-20 years of experience working with architectural materials for retail, commercial, and projects.
2. Proven track record of supply chain experience as this plays a key part in this role, from specification to manufacturing and logistics; this skill set of dealing with APAC customers, European manufacturing, and hybrid logistics in the middle is a skill all in itself.
3. Experience in building and retaining highly successful sales teams in competitive markets.
4. Highly skilled at Brand and Product positioning in Asia and Oceania, where understanding local cultures is essential.
5. Proven experience entering new direct markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Japan & Indonesia.
6. Controlling complex and multi-layered P&L accounts and budgeting and forecasting.
7. Strong cultural awareness and excellent communication skills with Spanish and Italian stakeholders (highly preferred).

Job Title: Senior Software Quality Engineer (contract)

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain test cases, test plans ensuring that they are up to date with requirements and policy changes
Create, maintain and improve the automated test framework and test environments
Conduct testing on new features and file defects
Perform various tests such as manual/functional/performance/exploratory tests support UATs
Assist in resolving production cases; Participate in all agile ceremonies

Requirements:

Degree in Computing, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Infocomm- related discipline with Minimum 5 years of professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation
Strong understanding of testing techniques; Strong understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks (i.e., Robot, Appium, Selenium) or Enterprise level testing tools (e.g., HP Mobile Center, HP UFT, HP QC, Sprinter)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups. Depending on the candidate’s experience, duties will include the following:

• Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring/surveillance across the company’s business activities;

• Develop risk-based compliance programs to facilitate the execution of compliance reviews and monitoring;
