About The Role
We are looking for Accounts cum HR Executive to provide accounts and administrative support to our organization.
Responsibilities:
HR:
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, payroll, leave management, work pass matters, upkeep employee records and staff welfare.
• Recruitment of new staff such as posting job advertisements, scheduling job interviews, assisting in interview process, handling onboarding of new staff and exit clearance etc.
• Handle all administrative matters related to MOM, CPF and IRAS such as work pass applications and renewals, processing NS claims, childcare leave or parental leave claims
• Review and administer Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance
• Submission of NS claims, childcare leave claims, maternity leave, paternity leave claims
• Liaise with Insurance company with regards to staff movement.
• Ensure compliance with company’s accounting policies and procedures.
Accounts:
• Able to manage full set of accounts
• Responsible for day-to-day operations, compiling and recording of accounts pertaining to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivables
• Process payments and documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, staff reimbursements and reconcile statements
• Maintenance and processing of payments from petty cash accounts
• Preparation of monthly accounts and annual accounts reports
• Maintain filing, scanning and documents tracking
• Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
· ACCA or equivalent, with minimum 4 years of working experience
• Background experience in payroll and HR matters is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel skills
• Proficient in MOM, CPF and Income Tax statutory regulation
• Meticulous, detailed, good organizational and time management skills
• Able to multi-task and willing to work in a start-up environment
• Strong problem solving, analytical and execution skills.
