· Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR business environment, preferably with Human Resource Information Systems

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Project Management will be an advantage

· Collegial and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team or independently

· Self-motivated with the initiative to complete assigned tasks and monitor project timelines

The main role of the HR Shared Services Assistant (Business Operations) is to be the main point of contact for both contractors (Associates) and clients such as helping in contract renewals etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & provide internal reports on Associates headcount movement & Client’s growth.
• Provide monthly reminder for client holders for Contracts and Work Pass Due.
• Manage end to end onboarding & offboarding formalities.
• Assist in Work Pass Application/Renewal, Contracts extension, termination, resignation, reference checks, leave & claims requests, contractor bonuses.
• Help in the handling of contractor’s disciplinary & grievance issues.
• Provide HR advisory services as required to internal Consultants and Associates.
• Liaise with the payroll team to resolve contractor timesheet & claims issues.
• Liaise with payroll & finance team to resolve client billing issues, overpayments etc.

Job Description

1) To undertake recruitment for Operators and entry level office staff, Interns, Contract Staff.

2) To undertake admin tasks (eg arrange business travel)

3) To be responsible for the Employee Welfare coordination (eg issue new uniforms, prepare employee badges and access cards, staff transport, birthday celebrations)

4) To manage Cleaning Contractor, order pantry supplies, stationery etc

5) To coordinate in Fun Club Committee events

6) To be responsible for any ad-hoc projects assigned

Candidate Requirement

1) Experience in recruitment and have sense of urgency to complete tasks within stipulated deadlines
