POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's human resources functions. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. THE JOB:

JOB SUMMARY/JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in managing various HR functions. • Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding

Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee and be responsible to ensure compliance to all legal statutory regulations and head quarter’s requirements in C&B function e.g. MOM and employee related, RBA etc .

This role will take on a new leadership position in the Patec Group (comprising Patec subsidiaries and BIGL Group) and will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation and execution of HR systems, policies and practices in Corporate Office and regional sites.
