Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
-Handle full set of accounts
-Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
-Assist with financial accounting and preparation of financial schedules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets) to achieve monthly timely closing of accounts
-Process payroll and CPF
-Process employee work passes applications and renewals
-Deal with external and internal queries by phone and email.
-Perform all other Human Resource, Administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-ITE or Diploma holder in Accounts/Finance
-Knowledge of construction accounts
-Familiar with SAGE system
-2-3 years of relevant work experience
-Good communication skills
-Able to multi-task and well organized
-Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
