Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Asia Regional Head of People & Culture to lead and manage HR activities across the Asia Pacific region. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

• Lead the HR function across all Asia Pacific countries, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
• Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a regional or multi-country HR management capacity.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations within the logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices across the Asia Pacific region.

Senior Executive - HR and Admin

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive in Human Resources and Admin at LKH Precicon Pte Ltd in Singapore with a headcount of 50. The incumbent will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR Policies, overall human resources functions and support administrative activities.
