• Conduct stock check and cycle counts
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and maintain efficient inventory organization
• Other duties as required

• Able to work for minimally 2 months
• Pick and pack items can be up to 15kg

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders while continuously improving departmental services and tools.
• Oversee and regularly update the training tool to align with established skills frameworks.
• Develop and manage a technical skills framework and training programs for workers.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs, create training checklists, and update skill development.
• Recommend and source external courses to address specific requirements.
• Design training matrices and development programs for managers, especially online learning.
• Work with external parties to create and update training content and automate processes for courses and programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma level or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
