Purpose of the Role:

The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

HR Administration:

1. Maintain up-to-date personnel records, contracts, and compliance documents.

Employee Relations and Support:

1. Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.

Policy and Compliance:

Performance Management and Development:

Strategic HR Initiatives:

Additional Duties:

Requirements and Skills:

· Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
