Responsibilites & Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Manage all work pass applications eg WP, SP, EP
• Arrange for courses eg CSOC, work-at-height, confinement space
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures
• Responsible for stock management of uniforms, stationery & etc
• Setting-up and maintenance of employees' files
• Issuance of Staff ID
• Preparation of letters
• Assist in staff clearance process
• Managing employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy and guidelines
• Support administrative work for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation

Jobs Requirements

• Familiar with government regulations and handle foreign employee issue resolution

Skills

Roles & Responsibilities
Requirement gathering of existing business practices and documenting as-Is business processes accordingly
Project involved studying the Business Process (AS-IS) and, Mapping (TO-BE) Business process.
Mapping Client’s business processes to SAP’s business processes
Implementation of SAP HR module customization and Client specific settings for integration of different modules with HR
Successfully completed settings for Master Data, Usage view and Architecture view
Expert in Configuration, SIT and documentation.
Coordinating with other modules which integrated.
Proactive discuss with critical issues with client.

What you will do:
As Specialist, HR Operations, APAC, you will provide specialized administrative support to employees and line managers. Responds to complex inquiries from employees across the enterprise. Administers and executes certain HR programs. Collects and analyzes data to support HR activities.

How you will do it:

• Provide general support on work pass (new application, renewal, cancellation, etc)
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment for all employees
• Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
• Manage on tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
